Elliott Spina is a holistic health and wellness coach specializing in massage therapy, Quantum Biofeedback, Yuen Method energy healing, and Pulse Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. His journey into holistic healing began at age 11, when he studied the Yuen Method, which shaped his belief in the limitless potential of the human body and mind. As a lifelong athlete, Elliott faced numerous injuries, including a severe knee injury that left him unable to walk for months and battling depression. Despite medical predictions, he defied the odds and achieved a rapid recovery using innovative therapies like Quantum Biofeedback, infrared sauna, PEMF, and light therapy.
Fully recovered and more passionate than ever, Elliott is committed to empowering others to overcome physical and emotional challenges, unlocking their innate healing potential. His mission is to inspire transformation, proving that healing begins from within and has no limits. Through his expertise and personal experiences, Elliott guides individuals toward vibrant, fulfilling lives by harnessing the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
I want to teach people what’s going on in their bodies and give them the knowledge, tools and techniques they need to regulate their nervous systems and take care of their health and lives holistically. My belief is that once someone’s in harmony and balance within their body and life that they then will be aligned in an optimal space to step into their life’s purpose with power and confidence. A part of my footprint that I will leave behind will be by supporting others to be health sovereign as well as to fulfill their dharma and help elevate consciousness and thus transcendence from an old way of living to a new way of co-existing.
I envision living in a world where we can co-exist in harmony grounded and centred in love, sacred reciprocity and light. Where we are living in our truest purposed and highest form. We are totally sovereign within lives, with our health, the way we desire to live, the food we grow, the energy we produce and are empowered individuals who are leading the charge in what it could look like to live co-exist as humans in a completely different way. This paradigm shift will be a part of a spark that is already spreading throughout the nations and the world. It will shake the world to its core rippling out waves of possibility and usher in a new wave of consciousness, health tourism and inclusivity for all. My vision is the be able to re-integrate those who are “outcasts” or rather “outcasted” in society such as homeless, less fortunate and the “aging population”. Supporting them to heal, to become their truest selves, to give them access to community and the best in-class practitioners, methods of healing and medical technologies.
